  2. Each weapon has a base proficiency cost of |1| to purchase at level one.
  3. All schools have a cost, from [0] to [2].
  4. Beyond this, all schools cost {1} or more extra per primary/secondary.
  5. If you are a human and join a school, each weapon's base proficiency cost is reduced by [-1].
  6. Level 1 Human Self Taught with three Proficiencies, one of which is a Primary:

  67. Note that each School *requires* a certain amount of proficiencies be taken, Self Taught requires 1 Primary, Noble and Officer require 1 Primary and 1 Secondary, Soldier requires 3 Primary, and Esoteric requires 1 Primary. Any beyond this are optional, up to the limit imposed by the School.
  68. Every school has Multiple Tiers of Proficiency, as indicated by the number in parentheses, this raises or lowers the effective level of that proficiency. The Self Taught has CP penalties to Secondary , whereas the Noble, Officer, and Esoteric have a CP bonus to their Primary Proficiencies, all weapons in the Soldier are at the same level. Note that these effective levels do not grant access to new talents.
