  15. As with the previous update release, the DLC data that relates to GTA Online
  16. isn't relevant in the offline single-player game. There are, however,
  17. several single-player fixes and improved or changed game functionality.

  24. - A custom patch that enables creation of Rockstar Editor projects. Before,
