  72. UPGRADE NOTE:
  73. -EI.CFG is present. *You will need to extract the iso and delete this
  74. file to upgrade from a previous version of Windows*. You will also want to
  75. allow setup to download updates during upgrade process. You use the key
  76. appropriate to the index you wish to install in the txt file I provided.
  77. Then, after setup, you change your key to whatever you wish and activate.
  79. **Installation instructions**:
  80. Install from boot or delete the ei.cfg from the sources\ directory and run
  81. the setup.exe to upgrade. If you upgrade, you'll need the keys provided in
  82. the Win81-pkeys.txt I provide. If you don't have a legit retail key or
  83. legit Volume MAK for Enterprise/Pro, I suggest using the gVLK in the txt.
  85. To Activate using KMS, download the MTK 2.5.3 using the magnet link in the
  86. torrent directory, run MTK, and select the EZ-Activator option. If you ever
  87. experience a problem with AutoKMS activation, because of an A/V program,
  88. switch to tap-adapter in the settings. It's more friendly with AV programs
  89. than the secohook method.
  91. There is also an OEM branding tool that you can use in conjunction with the
  92. OEM's folder from the Multi-Branding OEM project on MDL. If you pick that
  93. up and put it next to the "OEM's" folder and run it, you can apply all the
  94. graphics to desktop background and system info and such. Remember to thank
  95. Alphawaves on that thread if you use that. It's pretty nifty. I use it myself.
