- Added switch for Windows XP :_)

- Now compatible with all editions of Windows.

- Make sure you read "TUPortable.ini".

- if TuAgent is running, and TUPortable is minimized, relaunching now launches TUPortable vs. multiple instance alert.

- fixed minor mistake in "Files" function. (SetFileAttributes belong inside ${If} Statement under "BackupLocalFiles".)
