  13. The story of Lucius II continues where the original
  14. left off: Lucius emerges as the lone survivor of
  15. the burning wreckage his parents once called home,
  16. unscathed from the ruthless slaughter he had
  17. unleashed. He had taken the weak and punished the
  18. wicked. He had looked through their souls and found
  19. the true selves they had been hiding. Lucius is
  20. taken to the psychiatric ward of St. Benedict's
  21. Hospital by unsuspecting caretakers. The Book of
  22. Revelation predicts the birth of a child that would
  23. end up ruling the world with an iron rod. The first
  24. part of this prophecy has been fulfilled. It is
  25. time to take care of the rest. Whispers of a
  26. prophecy find their way to the boy's ears. Lucius
  27. decides to act again to regain his powers. But
  28. little does he know of his new adversaries...
