Warning: /dev/sdc contains GPT signatures, indicating that it has a GPT table. However, it does not have a valid fake msdos partition table, as it should. Perhaps it was corrupted -- possibly by a program that doesn't understand GPT partition tables. Or perhaps you deleted the GPT table, and are now using an msdos partition table. Is this a GPT partition table?
Error: The backup GPT table is corrupt, but the primary appears OK, so that will be used.
Warning: Not all of the space available to /dev/sdc appears to be used, you can fix the GPT to use all of the space (an extra 28080640 blocks) or continue with the current setting?

User choice: Is sda (500GB) a removable disk? no
=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to fix customized files) and reinstall the grub2 of sda5 into the MBRs of all disks (except USB without OS).
Grub-efi would not be selected by default because: no-win-efi
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sda (500GB) disk!
The boot files of [The OS now in use - Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela] are far from the start of the disk. Your BIOS may not detect them. You may want to retry after creating a /boot partition (EXT4, >200MB, start of the disk). This can be performed via tools such as gParted. Then select this partition via the [Separate /boot partition:] option of [Boot Repair]. (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BootPartition)
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.
