  11. Starpoint Gemini is an RPG tactical simulator
  12. focused on the control and strengths of individual
  13. vessels. In SPG ship captains and their skills make
  14. the greatest difference in large-scale battles. The
  15. games is set in a science-fiction universe where
  16. various thriving technological directions exist
  17. side by side. After spending almost twenty years
  18. trapped in the so-called Stasis rift anomaly
  19. unaware of the passage of time, player reemerges
  20. into normal space to find Gemini and indeed
  21. everything he knew, had changed beyond recognition
  22. The Gateway stood as the entry point to the Gemini
  23. system, but events that took place two decades ago
  24. closed the wormhole and practically sealed the
  25. system off of the rest of the universe. The
  26. isolation and the appearance of countless anomalies
  27. enabled unforeseen technological advancements
  28. Political intrigues, greed and lust for power have
  29. shaped the fate of Gemini and it is almost time for
  30. reckoning. Players will freely traverse the rich
  31. and filled vastness of the Gemini star system
  32. fight skirmishes with rogue ships, trade
  33. commodities, research anomalies, buy new vessels
  34. upgrade their ships with state-of-the-art
  35. technology, increase their experience and rank to
  36. learn more powerful maneuvers and ultimately use
  37. all that in large scale engagements against other
