I'm Stuck!

Okay, don't panick, it's probably easier than you thought.

I want to create a new paste

Simply click the 'Fresh Paste' tab at the top, paste your code in the big box, optionally select the programming language the code is written in, and hit the submit button.

Can I highlight certain lines of code?

Sure - just prepend '^^' (without the quotes) to the start of the line (no whitespace before the tag).

When copying I get a load of '#' symbols?!?!

This is a minor problem caused by using ordered lists to layout the code, simply click the 'Followup / No Format' tab and copy the code from the box that appears.
