Core/Movement:
When an NPC is knocked back, the splineflag OrientationFixed should be used, so the NPC keeps his facing and doesn't play the jump start animation. Also corrects the NPCs serverside orientation.

Core/Loot: fix the way quest items are handled. so far ive only found 3 quest items that should be able to be masterlooted. added a new flag to item_template.flagsCustom to allow for making a quest item always follow loot rules. a bonus may be the fix of the handlelootmasteropcode crash!

He will not always die directly after heart phase.
Adds will now despawn on reset.

Core/Spells: Ignore LoS when spells are cast/triggered by gameobjects
... and this is why you shouldn't use the so called hacks. You will just
keep adding sh*t on top of more sh*t (like this).
Currently, GO spell casts spawn an invisible WORLD_TRIGGER (npc 12999)
inside of the gameobject (for certain forms of gameobjects) (and
this is why the LoS check was failing).
It shouldn't be like that. GOs should be able to cast the spells without
having to spawn an auxiliary creature.
