This is a bluray image compatible with PS3 and bluray
standalones, at least all that we tested. This has
       chapters as well.

       FOR COMPUTER PLAYBACK
       - mount with daemon tools (if your computer doesn't
recognize the image you'll need a UDF 2.5 driver like
         XBOX360.HD-DVDRom.UDF.Reader.v2.5.WindowsXP-BluePrint

       - PowerDVD 8 will play it from the drive with chapters.
But when PowerDVD has subs enabled the picture tends
to get a little blocky. Otherwise you can load
BDMW\STREAM\00001.m2ts into your player of choice.
You may need Haali's Media Splitter and either ffdshow
or CoreAVC(payware) to play it correctly. The latter
is much more optimized and we recommend it
especially if you are using a slower computer.

       FOR PS3\STANDALONE PLAYBACK
       - load the iso in ImgBurn 2.4.1.0+ or Nero 8+, and burn
         the UDF 2.5 omage.

       NOTES ON ENCODING
       - The process is alot like x264 mkv encoding but with
an extra step using Tsmuxer to mux and create the
         bluray structure.

       - Bitrate calculation is the complicated part. What we
have found to be pretty accurate is gordian knot
         setting target size to 4477MB (DVD5) or 8138MB (DVD9)
and adding 8 minutes to the runtime. x264 codec in avi,
calculate frame overhead and 1xvbr mp3. Enter the size
of the audio and add up the sizes of the sup's. For
subtitle overhead use 2 MB per hour per sup (3 sup's
         for a 90 minute movie = 9 MB overhead)

       - We haven't been able to find a way to reduce 1080p
subs to show up on 720p yet, but hopefully soon.

X264 OBSERVATIONS TO COMPLY TO PS3\STANDALONE
       - Maximum Level 4.1 High Profile

       - Maximum 4 reference frames, although we did notice some
stuttering on a few players using 4 reference frames.
The problem didn't happen with 3 reference frames so we
are sticking with 3 for now.

       - Some users on various forums have reported 3 bframes
is max. Although at the time of this writing (x264 r839)
2 bframes is 5-15% more effecient then 3 bframes after
testing various clips. So we are sticking with 2
         bframes for now.

       - B-Pyramid seems to work ok, and does increase
effeciency a little bit so we are using that for now.

       - Trellis is supported but is 5-15% less effecient then
without it on the clips we tested. With no visual
differences we aren't going to use trellis until this
         changes.

       - Standalone players don't like JVT or prestige
quantization matrice so we are only using the flat
         matrice.

       - Surprisingly our tests concoluded that native 720p
and 1800p resolutions were a little more effecient
then cropped files, even 2.35:1 clips.

That's about all we have to say, more than likely we
will be exclusively releasing this type of bluray.
We see it as the 'should be' present and the future.
                            Enjoy :)
