  64.   the majority of human kind lives in old cities with no hope of a better life
  65.   in the future. Only the elite, the rich and powerful, live in new cities
  66.   build on the boarders of the old cities. The people in the slums have only
  67.   one thing to look forward to, the illegal underground races all over the
  68.   world.
