1. 1. Uninstall the old versions of Nero and have a clean install. You may
  2. need to clean registry if you get "your key expired" warning while
  3. installing. You may also need to clean old Nero folders manually in ;
  4. c:\Program Files\Nero -AND-
  5. c:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero
  7. 2. Close your internet connection.
  9. 3. Install program by double clicking on "Nero_Platinum.exe"
  10. Enter one of the serials below ;
  11. 901E-018M-15P7-825K-U235-TAP6-2094-4CCZ
  12. 901E-0190-XL1C-8PML-7P7Z-8H70-CL4Z-X129
  13. (All 0's are zero and letters are upper case)
  15. 4. Do not install Ask bar and nero tool bar etc. Uncheck them all.
  16. Check "No thanks" for "Join nero product development program"
  18. 5. Uncheck Automatic updates. Never update Nero components.
  20. 6. Do not start the application and close it.
  22. 7. Double click on x86.reg or x64.reg and click ok in "Patch - iOTA" folder.
  24. 8. Copy "Patch.exe" from "Patch - iOTA" folder and paste it in to the
  25. installation folder and RUN. (with admin rights) Folder is generally ;
  26. c:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero - OR -
  27. c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Nero
  29. 9. IMPORTANT : DO NOT REGISTER the software.
  31. 10. IMPORTANT : Some security programs may give warning for patch. It is false
  32. positive, ignore it.
  34. 11. Open your internet connection.
