- The new bundle also disappeared, I fear that "friend" who bought me
- those bundles is committing some sort of fraud but I'm not sure what do now.
- I asked him to send me proof of purchase and he sent a screenshot of the
- email confirming his purchase of the new bundle (attached), and this is
- his email which he used to purchase both bundles from HumbleBundle:

- mention that I don't know him IRL, I only know him through Steam.
- And now I find myself in an awkward situation, I already activated the
- steam keys and the games were added to my steam account, but if guys
- didn't actually get payment for them that makes me feel morally guilty
- (regardless of whose fault it is). So, what can I do to rectify this?
- Should I pay for that bundle myself? And is there anything else I can do
- to help? I feel bad about this whole thing but I'm not sure what to do
- exactly.

- Hello,
- The reason the other one disappeared was because the payment failed. So as long as there are no payment issues with the new bundle it won’t be going anywhere.

- I was just talking to my friend about it (the one who gave the bundle at
- the first place), and he felt bad and bought me a new one and I claimed
- it and it was added to my account but I'd like to make sure that there's
- no problems with it or that it will disappear like the other one.
- I didn't buy the old one (or the new one either) so I can't know about
- payment issues, I did inform my friend about what happened to sort it
- out with his bank.

- Yes, it actually looks like that payment was reversed/never got completed- it looks like you entered your street address incorrectly. If you are still seeing that transaction as pending or completed it’s because some banks show refunded charges as “pending charges” for up to 3 business days.

- I found the link I used at the time to claim that bundle, but now when I
- open it, it just says "bad key", I dunno what that means, it was working
- fine that day.
