1. On your PS4, go to network settings > Set Up Internet Connection > Custom > DNS Settings and change the DNS settings to - 108.61.128.158 , 165.227.83.145

2. Go to Settings > Users Guide / Helpful Info > Users guide

3. Click on 5.05, then click "Mira" and wait

4. Let the page load, if you get a storage space error just click okay and keep waiting. Repeat until you get the Joke message written by Qwerty. Click Okay

5. Wait for the "you're set" message, then back out

6. Go to settings and see if you have debug settings at the bottom

7. Profit :)
