  10. Qasir is a stealth action-adventure that takes place on an ominous night
  11. inside a wondrous palace, in-between worlds, on 12th century Syria. It
  12. features an invisible character, that needs to assassinate 3 targets and
  13. recover their weapons, while trying to avoid detection whenever possible
  14. The character is fragile, and a single strike of a sword is enough to take
  15. it down. Our protagonist is invisible to the human eye and, although it may
  16. seem a too powerful ability, it still can be heard and covered in particles
  17. which can be seen by guards (such as the blood of it's victims). The
  18. character besides pursuing this mission want to investigate and discover the
  19. mysteries and secrets the palace holds
  21. The main aesthetic of the game is that of the tension between action and
  22. investigation. The palace is riddled with secrets, a rich story, nasty traps
  23. and an ancient treasure that is simply too magnificent to ignore
  25. There are also some secondary aspects of the game, such as the nature of our
  26. protagonist, its penchant for criticizing and admiring humanity through a
  27. distant and cold gaze and the concept of aloneness that accompany this
  28. character. In Qasir, we test an approach for representing his perception of
  29. our world through the graphics and sounds. Everything that he considers
  30. weaker than him are represented in a less realistic way

  38. Tired about all the self-made CD/DVD images made from download versions of
  39. the games? Our games are made from physical sources if possible - like in
  40. the good old times and how we think it should still be done. In our opinion
  41. digital download versions should be tagged as such or at least it should be
  42. noted in the nfo. Also we think that physical sources never could be dupes
  43. of digital versions as well as CD versions are no dupes of DVD ones. All
  44. old and still active scene rules proof that we are right (the new S.I.R
  45. rules from 2009 and 2010 are not signed by any scene group and are not
  46. active because of that)
