  9. This is not the same game as released by FASiSO last year. This is v2.5 which
  10. is significantly upgraded. Read below.

  13. The Steam launch is also the premier of Crashed Lander v2.5. Lots of new stuff
  14. in this version including 10 new Ring Runner levels and a star reward system
  15. to help you track your progress.
  16. * VR and Monitor version are now re-united under one package
  17. * Update Oculus SDK to v 0.4.4
  18. * Recent changes now included for Monitor users including smoother physics,
  19. FPS counter, new skyboxes, Fade in/out at beginning/end of each level
  20. * 10 new Ring Runner levels! Total of 44 levels now
  21. * Columns level replaced with new Overview level
  22. * Switcheroo level is now easier and less ‘Rage-Quitty’ :)
  23. * New reward system. Get faster times to earn more stars. Earn 132 stars in
  24. Normal mode and 44 in Hard mode.
  25. * New tracking system for reward stars and collectible widgets
  26. * Info signs on Main Menu to show the number of stars earned and widgets found
  27. * Info sign and countdown timer at the beginning of each level
  28. * New score display and celebration when completing levels
  29. * Collectible widgets now on all levels, including Ring Runners. 132 widgets

  31. * New thruster particle effects - kick up dust when near the ground and some
  32. surfaces

  34. * Optimized performance: Trimmed some bloated objects, reduced some texture
  35. sizes, now using Forward rendering instead of Deferred, simpler Terrain shader

  37. * Time Trial mode is now called Pad Hopper mode
  38. * Main Menu now remembers if you were selecting from Pad Hooper or Ring Runner
  39. levels.
  40. * No more fuel high score on Pad Hopper mode. Too cluttered to have two scores
  41. for one level. Fuel will return in a Sooper Sekret new mode coming soon.
  42. * Key Bindings now have more sensible names
  43. * Change Field of View in monitor mode with the bracket keys.
  44. * New tutorial video. I decided to host this on YouTube so that I could easily
  45. add Closed Captions in multiple languages.
