  89. But if you still need them, don't forget to download ones for your language. Due to game archives structure, when you install not all credits videos, pressing "Escape" will show you "Broken Game Data" window. With all videos installed it doesn't happen.

  96. After-install MD5 files verification available only when you install all languages and videos. In that case the game will be identical to CODEX release.
  98. Actually, if your bandwidth allows you - download and install ALL files. Installation time for any languages combination is almost the same, and the final game size too. Of course I tested the game with different options, but it may happen that somewhere deeper in the game you'll stumble on "Broken Game Data" window. To avoid it completely, prefer full installation over selective one. You've been warned.
  100. Running the game with Japanese dub
  102. For those, who wants to play the game with Japanese voiceovers/movies, I've included 3 modified EXE files - FFX-2_JP.exe, "FFX&X-2_Will_JP.exe", FFX_JP.exe
  104. You can run them manually if you want to switch between versions, or, if you're planning to play with Japanese forever, just rename them to FFX-2.exe, "FFX&X-2_Will.exe" and FFX.exe respectively, overwriting original files. But make backup just in case.
  106. Problems during installation?
  108. If you experience errors (Xdelta or Unarc ones) during installation, try the following things:
  110. Make sure your Windows username doesn't contain non-latin symbols. Use only latin characters & numbers
  111. Re-hash torrent (in Utorrent point to the game entry, stop download/upload, then click right mouse button, then click "Force Re-check")
  112. Disable antivirus (INCLUDING Windows Defender), it can delete installation files or cracks on-the-fly
  113. Set UAC to a minimum level, otherwise some parts of the installer won't run due to restricted rights
  114. Make sure you have at least as two times more virtual memory, than actual, physical RAM
  115. Make sure you have enough space on target drive & on C: drive (or whatever system drive you have)
  116. Try install the game NOT to C: (system) drive OR specifically to C: drive (Windows rights system is a tricky thing)
  117. Check your Windows folder (and below) for unarc.dll - if this file exists, delete it
  118. Reboot in Safe Mode and install the game
